I believe the aircraft in question is the P-51D N6320T.

This is 44-74497 N6320T in transit somewhere after its landing accident in 1969. It was supposed to have been trucked from Seattle, WA to Johnson, KS for restoration.

This is probably the "Little Witch" (SN#:44-74497)converted to a TF-51D for Bob Jepson during a restoration. It has since changed ownership a couple of times and is now owned by Ariel Luedi. It was once owned by Johnny Rutherford during the late 1970's.
