Believe this to be N6310T, 44-74832, circa 1969. When owned by either William J. Allen, or Tifton Air Services.

First time I saw this lovely was in September, 1971 for a brake and generator change. Serial as above, 44-74832, owned and flown by Max Hoffman of Ft. Collins, Colorado. Repainted as the original "Boomer" in honor of friend Ken Boomhower.

This was my P-51 that I bought in 1969 and repainted it in the Cavalier scheme. It was in RCAF colors when I bought it. I later sold it to Max Hoffman and delivered it to Fort Collins. This is also the aircraft that I blew the engine in over Grand Bahama Island and dead sticked it into Freeport. What a ride !! It was registered in the name of my company, Tifton Air Service.
